Indiasay.com – Return & Refund Policy

Rest Assured — we’ve got your back (especially in the USA!)

At Indiasay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While most of our products are shipped directly from India, we ensure hassle-free returns wherever possible. Here's how our return process works:

🇺🇸 Returns Within the United States

1. Damaged in Transit? We’ll Make It Right.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Just share valid photographic proof, and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.


2. Changed Your Mind? No Worries.
If the item is undamaged but you wish to return it for other reasons, we accept returns at our USA return center with two flexible options:

Option A: We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund after deducting round-trip shipping charges.

Option B: You cover the return shipping and send it to our return address. We’ll refund the product value excluding your shipping costs.

 

3. Return Window
Returns must be shipped within 15 days of delivery. Late returns may not be accepted or refunded.


4. Food & Perishables
Due to safety reasons, returns on food items are not accepted. However, if there’s an issue, reach out — we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.


5. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to limit or block returns from accounts that misuse the system to ensure fairness for all buyers and sellers.

 

🌍 Returns Outside the USA (e.g., Canada, UK, etc.)

Returns outside the U.S. are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the issue is due to an error by Indiasay or its partner sellers, we will evaluate and offer a fair resolution, which may include refunds or store credits.
