How do I place an order on Indiasay?
- Visit Indiasay.com
- Browse or search for your favorite products
- Add items (and quantities) to your shopping cart
- When you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout
- Enter your email, shipping address, and payment details
- Confirm and complete your purchase — that's it!
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to over 35 countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. More regions are being added regularly. Check our Shipping Info page for the latest updates.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance times may vary depending on the destination country.
Are all products in stock?
We aim to keep our top-selling and essential items always available. Some limited-edition or seasonal products may sell out quickly - if something’s out of stock, feel free to contact us, and we’ll notify you when it’s restocked.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after placement. Occasionally, it may take slightly longer due to product availability or logistics.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll process a refund or replacement in line with our Return Policy.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes — cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. If we haven’t started processing your order yet, we’ll issue a full refund. After this window, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
How do I know my order went through?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout with the full details of your purchase.

Can I request a product that’s not listed?
Yes! Use our Request a Product form to tell us what you’re looking for. Share as many details as possible, and we’ll do our best to find it for you.
Do you offer samples for food or gifts?
At this time, we do not provide samples for any food items or return gifts. However, we work only with reliable and reputed suppliers, and our listings are accurate to what you’ll receive.
Can I request a specific food brand or supplier?
Absolutely. We work with trusted names. If you have a preferred vendor, just mention it in the order notes and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request accordingly.
Do I have to pay customs or additional taxes?
No. All product prices listed on Indiasay.com include customs duties and applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Is Indiasay responsible for product quality or delivery issues?
Indiasay acts as a curated marketplace. While products are listed and shipped by third-party sellers, we take customer satisfaction seriously and support buyers in case of issues with quality, delivery, or returns.
